This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of Samawati Platform. Samawati Platform may contain links to other websites. 7. How Do You Use My Personal Data?

Under the DPA 2019, we must collect personal data for a lawful purpose which is specific, explicitly defined and is related to your Use of our website and for purposes of fulfilling Our contact with you. The following table describes how we will use your personal data:

All storage processing is handled by Contabo GmbH, Amazon Web Services Inc, Netlify Inc via their cloud services in compliance with the Data Protection Regulations in the country of storage.​

You may access some parts Samawati Platform without providing any personal data at all. However, to use all features and functions available on Samawati Platform you may be required to submit or allow for the collection of certain data.

12. How Can I Access My Personal Data?

If you want to know what personal data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (where any such personal data is held). This is known as a “Subject Access Request”.

There may be a fee or a charge for a subject access request. All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to the email or postal addresses shown in Part 12.

We will respond to your subject access request within 7 days and, in any case, not more than 30 days of receiving it.
